Dalmore 35 years old

Crushed almonds, coffee mousse, soft liquorice and ginger bread on the nose. The palate has dark treacle cake, banana bread and freshly ground coffee notes, before roasted chestnuts, raisins and intense orange peel in the finish. Only 130 bottles available in the UK, while stocks last.

Dalmore 40 Year Old

For well over a century a variety of fine Dalmore single malts have been crafted by a small band of local stillmen. In particular, on 21st March 1966, Col. H. A. C. Mackenzie distilled and filled to cask what has now become the Dalmore 40 Year Old masterpiece.

Dalmore Castle Leod

After the success of the Dalmore Mackenzie bottling of 2010, this release was launched to raise money for the Castle Leod, home to the Mackenzie Clan. This was released in 2011 and boasts a finish in Bordeaux wine casks.

Dalmore Quintessence

Initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, Quintessence spends a further five years in five different Californian red wine casks hand selected by Richard Paterson for this release, which marks his fifty years in the industry. Each cask held wine made with a different variety of grape, namely Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, providing different qualities to the final whisky.
